Our pricing includes domestic shipping; however, it is important to note that a signature upon delivery and acceptance of the package will be required.

For international customers, shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The exact price will be communicated once the sale is confirmed. It is important to be aware that your country may impose additional import or customs fees to release the package from customs. The buyer is fully responsible for covering these fees. Please note that custom orders will not be refunded if customs fees are not paid.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

You may return your purchased Black Isle Silver jewellery within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team here. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorisation code (RAC).

Securely package the item, including all original packaging and documentation, and clearly mark the RAC on the package.

Send the package to our designated return address, which will be provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund using the original payment method within 30 business days.

Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Customised or personalised items, such as engraved jewellery, are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
