Warranty
All Black Isle Silver pieces come with a limited lifetime guarantee that protects against any defects in workmanship or manufacturing. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect. However, the Black Isle Silver warranty does cover repairs such as stone tightening, checking fittings, and polishing. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss of your centre stone, so we recommend insuring it separately through a third-party insurance provider. It is important to handle your jewellery properly to avoid loss, broken stones, or damage.

To ensure ongoing maintenance and care, we kindly request that you send your Black Isle Silver jewellery to us annually or bi-annually, as this requirement is covered under our warranty policy. To schedule a maintenance appointment, please get in touch with us here. Only Black Isle Silver should service your jewellery in order to maintain warranty coverage, this includes ring resizing.

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Items already manufactured cannot be cancelled but can be returned per our return policy.
Orders
For all orders, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is necessary. This deposit is required prior to completing your order and will be applied towards the remaining balance of your piece.
Black Isle Silver retains the right to showcase custom pieces on our website and/or social media accounts.
