• Made to order unless otherwise stated

• Created using high-quality sterling silver

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations may occur. We believe this is part of what makes each piece unique.

3. Ordering & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable)

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

4. Made-to-Order Process

As most of our jewellery is made to order:

• Production will begin shortly after your order is placed

• Please allow sufficient time for your piece to be created before dispatch

• Estimated production times will be provided on the product page

If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

5. Cancellations & Returns

As a UK-based online business, we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• You may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it

• However, this right does not apply to personalised or bespoke items
